Gregorio Schneider
Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Gregorio Schneider is the co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of TC Investments Partners and TC Latin America Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience investing in both public and private markets through a variety of asset classes and strategies, including debt, equity, distressed assets and real estate.
Prior to forming TC Latin America Partners in 2012, Mr. Schneider was Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets at Och-Ziff Capital Management (now Sculptor Capital Management). During his tenure at Och-Ziff, Gregorio was responsible for building the firm’s capabilities, strategic relationships and investment portfolio in Latin America and Eastern Europe.
Before joining Och-Ziff (now Sculptor Capital Management), Mr. Schneider was the Portfolio Manager responsible for Emerging Markets special situations investments at The Rohatyn Group. He also worked at Spinnaker Capital, Crédit Agricole Indosuez and the real estate division of Banamex.
Mr. Schneider has served on the boards of various Latin American companies and has been recognized by the World Economic Forum for his work with developing countries. He is a member of the Board of Qualitas of Life Foundation, The Proviváh Donor Fund and the Tamer Center for Social Enterprise at Columbia Business School. He is also a member of the EMPEA Latin America Council and the LAVCA real estate council.
Gregorio holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City.
DANIEL GRUNBERG
Founding Partner and Managing Director
Daniel Grunberg is the co-founder and Managing Partner of TC Investment Partners and TC Latin America Partners. He has more than 25 years of experience negotiating and implementing legal and financial structures in emerging markets.
Prior to forming TC Latin America Partners in 2012, Mr. Grunberg, alongside Gregorio Schneider, was a member of the Emerging Markets group at Och-Ziff Capital Management. Since the creation of the group, he helped to manage and structure the real estate investments of Och-Ziff in Turkey, Peru and other markets. Prior to joining Och-Ziff, Mr. Grunberg worked alongside Mr. Schneider at The Rohatyn Group, where he managed, structured and executed transactions in Emerging Markets.
Prior to joining The Rohatyn Group, Daniel was General Counsel at Sojitz Corporation of America, a global Japanese trading company with offices and operations across Latin America. While at Sojitz, he was involved in the management of a private debt and equity portfolio that included real estate assets in Brazil, Chile, Mexico and the United States. Before joining Sojitz, Mr.
Grunberg was Executive Director of Illinova Generating Company (now Dynergy), where he developed power generation projects in Colombia, Dominican Republic, Panama, Peru and Venezuela.
Daniel holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, where he was a Fulbright Scholar, a Master in Law from Fordham University and a Master of Philosophy from New York University. He also holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela, and a bachelor’s degree in Literature from Universidad Central de Venezuela.
Daniel is Adjunct Professor at Fordham School of Law.
LUIS A. SANTANA
Partner and Chief Financial Officer
Luis Santana is partner and Chief Financial Officer of TC Investment Partners. He has over 15 years of experience in structuring, accounting, valuation and operations of private equity funds and investments in the United States and Latin America.
In his role as CFO , Mr. Santana oversees all aspects of fund structuring, financial operations, accounting, tax, treasury, valuation and investor reporting.
Prior to joining TC in 2015, Mr. Santana was a member of the private equity funds group at Och-Ziff, where he was involved in the structuring and valuation of private investments, as well as the administration of the firm’s private equity funds.
Luis holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance from Baruch College in New York, where he graduated with honors.
ANDRÉS ESCOBAR
Partner and Managing Director
Andrés Escobar is Partners and Managing Director of TC Latin America Partners for the office in Colombia. He brings over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, where he has worked for various international funds, such as JER Partners in Mexico City and RREEF in London.
Prior to joining TC in 2017, he worked for eight years in various leadership roles at Inverlink Estructuras Inmobiliarias, one of the most important real estate funds in Colombia. At Inverlink, he led multiple transactions in different asset types, particularly office and industrial, and managed fundraising processes with institutional and retail investors. Mr. Escobar began his career in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at J.P. Morgan in New York.
Andrés holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from Georgetown University.

ANTONIO BAEZ
Managing Director & Country Head
Antonio brings over 17 years of experience to Mexico’s real estate sector, with a primary focus on origination, underwriting, and asset management of residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use projects.
During his career, he has closed transactions totaling over US$800 million and contributed to developing more than 40 projects totaling ~21.5+ billion square feet.
During his 8-year tenure at TC Latin America Partners, Antonio has played a key role in establishing Industrial Gate, the Firm’s investment and development platform in Mexico specializing in industrial real estate assets.
Under his guidance, Industrial Gate has consolidated a portfolio of 3.5 mm sq. ft. of Gross Leasable Area (GLA), and a land reserve to develop an additional 1.3 mm sq. ft. of GLA. These properties are strategically located in key industrial markets such as Monterrey, Tijuana, and Reynosa.
Before joining TC in 2015, Antonio served as a relationship and financial manager at Grupo Frisa, a well-known real estate developer in Mexico. He holds an M.B.A. from Universidad del Valle de Mexico and a Bachelor’s in Finance (B.F) from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in Mexico City.
ALEJANDRO RUIZ
Director
Alejandro Ruiz is a Director at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia. He brings over 15 years of experience in the real estate sector and has structured projects that exceed US$650 million in investment.
Prior to joining TC in 2017, Mr. Ruiz was Director of Business Development at Apiros, a large developer in Colombia, where he was responsible for sourcing and structuring real estate investment opportunities across all asset types. Prior to Apiros, he worked at Grupo Gradeco, Construcciones Arrecife and Grama Construcciones, where he specialized in project management and project financing. Additionally, Mr. Ruiz is an Associate Professor of the Engineering Faculty at Universidad Javeriana.
Alejandro holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge and a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia, where he graduated with honors.
GIAN M. DI CARLO
Vice President
Gian Marco Di Carlo is responsible for corporate development at TC Investment Partners. As part of his role, Gian is responsible for evaluating joint venture initiatives as well as evaluating investment opportunities for the firm’s U.S. focused industrial real estate platform.
Prior to joining the firm, Gian co-founded a company that provides business process support to financial institutions. Additionally, he started his career at Deloitte Consulting in the United States, where he worked on the operational aspects of transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, and take-privates.
Gian hold a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), where he specialized in economics and financial systems and obtained a certificate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
IAN VAN OORDT
Associate
Ian van Oordt is a Senior Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Peru.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2022, Ian worked as an investment analyst in Real Estate Capital, a subsidiary of FIBRA Activos Inmobiliarios and Colliers International Peru group, where he assisted in the underwriting and commercialization process of real estate and private debt investments. Prior to his experience as analyst, he worked as a sales & trading trainee for Inteligo SAB, Intercorp, where he assisted in the initial public offering of Intercorp Financial Services (IFS) at the New York Stock Exchange.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.”
ANTONIO SUCCAR
Analyst
Antonio Succar is an Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2021, Antonio worked as a financial control analyst at Mallplaza, one of the most important mall operators in Latin America, where he was responsible for the financial performance of portfolio assets. Before Mallplaza, Antonio, worked as a financial planning analyst at Terpel, the Colombian fuel retailer with the largest network in the country. At Terpel, he supported the different business units in their budget process and made feasibility analysis for new projects.
Antonio holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogota, Colombia, and is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Corporate Finance at the same university.
SABRINA ROSAS
Analyst
Sabrina Rosas is an Analyst at TC Latin America Partners and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Mexico.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2023, Sabrina worked as an investment financial analyst and asset management in a private equity firm focused on commercial real estate in the United States. Sabrina started her career at BEEL Infrastructure Partners, an institutional fund focused on financing infrastructure sector in Latin America
Sabrina holds a Bachelor in International Business from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) in Guadalajara, where she graduated with honors.

ALEJANDRO O’CONNOR
Fund Controller
Alejandro O’Connor serves as the Fund Controller at TC Latin America Partners. With a background spanning over 9 years, primarily in financial and operational audits within financial institutions and investment funds, he oversees the firm’s financial reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory adherence.
Prior to joining TC Latin America Partners in 2023, Mr. O’Connor served as an Audit Manager and Digital Transformation Leader at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in the Dominican Republic. In this role, he conducted extensive financial audits for major financial groups in the Dominican Republic, including banks, investment fund administrators, and multiple funds.
Alejandro holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting from Alejandro de Humboldt University in Venezuela and holds a Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) from Masters Institute in Colombia.

JULIANA SOTO
Director
Juliana Soto is the Director of Business Development and Investor Relations of TC Investment Partners. She brings over 10 year of experience in the financial services industry in Latin America and is responsible for TC’s investor relations, fundraising, business development and marketing.
Ms. Soto has worked for TC since 2012, based out of TC’s local offices in Bogota, New York and Mexico City. During her career at TC, she has also been involved in the underwriting and asset management of portfolio investments in Colombia and Mexico.
Prior to joining TC, she worked for the investment banking division of Banco Santander in Bogota, and for Inverlink, a Colombian investment banking boutique firm.
Juliana holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración (CESA) in Bogota, Colombia, where she graduated with honors.
NATALIA MONDRAGÓN
Senior Analyst
Natalia Mondragón is a Senior Analyst at TC Latin America Partners, where she is responsible for supporting the executive team in investor relations, fundraising, business development, and sustainability.
Prior to joining TC in 2021, she worked as an investment and asset management analyst at Ivanhoé Cambridge, a Canadian real estate investor and operator. Natalia started her career at the alternative investments division of Citibanamex Afore, a Mexican pension fund, where she worked as an analyst.
Natalia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) with an emphasis in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City and she has approved the first level of the CFA designation.
JOSÉ CANELA
Senior Analyst
Jose Canela is a Senior Analyst at TC Latin America Partners, where he is responsible for supporting the executive team in investor relations, fundraising, business development, and sustainability.
Prior to joining TC in 2022, he worked as Financial Manager at Grupo ICA, one of the largest infrastructure companies in Mexico. Jose started his career as an intern in Angel Ventures, a venture capital private equity fund.
Jose holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City and he has approved the first level of the CFA designation.
